Far too often couples come to me at the end of their rope, assured that something about their relationship needs fixing or changing. What I am here to do is help you to break that idea in order to re-connect with one another, uncover deep truths about your relational needs, and help you to foster a re-energized sense of homecoming. Couple’s therapy isn’t just for embittered married folks; couples counseling is a great option for those entering a new relationship, feeling tension in a current one, or even people who have been in a couple but are no longer! Whether you’re in a polyamorous relationship, a platonic friendship, or a familial relationship that could use counseling, there’s something for every relationship in couple’s therapy.

Feelings of isolation, overwhelm, and loneliness are a constant in today’s society, and from Twitter to Reddit the internet seems to be a treasure trove of therapeutic advice and self-help. It can often feel overwhelming, especially in the midst of crisis, to try to decipher what practices, tools, and methods work for your mental well-being and which do not. By working one-on-one with a therapist you open up a dialogue with healing. Beginning this journey can seem daunting, but rest assured that the two of us will work together to co-create an environment where you are safely allowed to be your truest, most flawed, most imperfect self. The goal os our work, through weekly, depth-oriented counseling, will be to support you, the expert on yourself, in embracing who you who are at your core and working towards bringing you one step closer to who you hope to become.

group therapy

  • An online relational process group for Queer and Trans Adults in California

  • This group offers a safe and supportive environment for participants to experiment with new ways of connecting with others, without losing track of sensations, emotions, thoughts, and needs

  • A place to practice getting comfy with the uncomfy parts of intimacy

  • This is a closed group that runs on an ongoing basis

weekly on Tuesdays or Thursdays, 4-5:30pm
